Who we are

For over 30 years Atlantic has taught gymnastics to youth in the seacoast area.

Since our opening we have instructed thousands of children! We strive to meet each child where they are and support them in new challenges, celebrating each achievement along the way. Encouraging children to do hard things, letting them know that it's ok to not be able to do something right away.
We are there to help them work through the process.
